BEVEL’s benefit is completely free for employers: no enrollment fees, no subscription costs, no administrative charges, and zero hidden fees from us. 


For employees, our services (guidance, vetted network access, personalized support) are also provided at no cost to them.

The only expenses are standard third-party closing costs (title, escrow, recording, etc.), which employees already pay in any home transaction. Through BEVEL’s network, they can receive up to $12,000 in closing credits to help offset those costs.

The enrollment process is simple and break down into 3 steps:


1. Schedule a Discovery call with a BEVEL team member, on this call we will discuss your workforce needs and internal process to get started. Note we will work hand in hand with your benefit brokers

2. We plan your launch date, we can have you set up in 2 weeks or less!

3. It's time to champion your new employee homeownership benefit! We provide all marketing materials to your organization. Its that simple!


 Employees are not required to use BEVEL’s network of vetted lenders and real estate professionals. However, the closing credits—which can total up to $12,000—are tied to using BEVEL-approved partners.


Credits are not guaranteed when using non-BEVEL-approved providers.


This flexible approach allows employees to choose what works best for them while still accessing meaningful savings through BEVEL’s network; delivering value to your team with no added cost or complexity for your organization.

In addition, by using our vetted network of lenders and real estate professionals, they are guaranteed to work with a vetted and experienced professional that can hand hold them through every stage. Employees can receive up to $12,000 in closing credits, these credits directly offset standard closing costs—such as title, escrow, and recording fees—reducing out-of-pocket expenses and making the process more affordable and accessible for first-time buyers.



Yes, our approved network of professionals is nationwide and can help with market analysis in any state you may be relocating to. Receive a *closing credit, to help reduce your costs when buying a new home, refinance any existing property and save when you sell any existing property with a discount commission fee. You can use all 3 services with no limit on how many times you use our program.


We will provide local market insights that streamline the relocation process and make the transition as smooth as possible.   


*Receive a closing credit of up to 1% of the Financed Loan Amount as a credit at closing towards closing costs and/or prepaids. Max: $12,000


Yes. You can use the program on multiple second-home or investment-property transactions. Simply work with a BEVEL-approved lender and/or realtor for each purchase to receive the applicable credits. 


 

No, BEVEL is not a traditional relocation company—we do not cover moving costs, temporary housing, transportation, or any reimbursement for rental/moving expenses.


However, BEVEL does provide valuable homeownership support for relocating employees through our nationwide network of vetted lenders and real estate professionals. This includes:

  • Personalized guidance and local market insights to help identify where to buy in the new state.
  • Up to $12,000 in closing credits to reduce costs when purchasing a new home.
  • Credits and discounted commissions to help refinance an existing property or sell a current home more affordably.


This makes the homeownership side of relocation smoother, more affordable, and less stressful—helping your employees settle faster and build long-term stability, all at no cost or administrative burden to your organization.


Our Customer Service team are happy to help all employees that have any general or specific questions about the benefits our program offers. We will also take any calls about concerns they may have before, during or after any transaction. BEVEL is the advocate in the transaction.
